Contracting Adjunct Faculty

The purpose of this page is to be a quick reference guide concerning the adjunct faculty contract process and orientation schedule. 

To contract adjunct faculty, please complete the Personnel Action Form - Adjunct, including all class and payment information, the adjunct's personal information, department chair and adjunct faculty signature. Once all necessary fields are complete, submit the original PAF to Human Resources and a scanned copy to payroll.

For new adjunct faculty, please be sure collect and forward the documents listed below to Human Resources. All adjunct faculty are required to have these documents in their personnel file prior to teaching:

  • Official Transcript
  • Vitae/Resume
  • License (if applicable)
