• Scholarship Application
• 400+ word essay that discusses their past and current service experiences and how they relate to the following Chicago School values: Community and Service
• Two letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your contributions at the community level
• Submission of FAFSA
• Financial need will be evaluated by scholarship committee
