[1] The Institutional Services Fee is charged to all registered students based on their enrollment status. For all students the fee includes but is not limited to CSSA, student liability insurance, student mental health services, library services including online subscription services, and technology services.
[2] Copy Editing Fee only applies to Psy.D. students who matriculated in fall 2002 or prior.
[3] A Graduation Fee is assessed to all degree seeking students upon completion of their program of study and prior to the receipt of their diploma.
[4] Students who elect to change their schedule after the start of the term may do so by completing a Course Add/Drop Request Form. The Course Drop Fee is assessed for each request form submitted to the Student Services Office. Multiple changes may be submitted on one form.
[5] A Late Registration Fee is assessed to students who do not register in their scheduled registration period.
[6] A $5 Transcript Fee is charged per transcript.
[7] A $30 Express Transcript Fee is charged for same day service transcript. Rush delivery via express courier such as UPS, Express Mail and/or FedEx is available at an additional charge.
